Dear Mama, Daddy, + all,
Hello and how are you all. [ineligible] all right. Went to town again last night, had a pretty good time, but not as good as last weekend.
Buford has been [ineligible] to another CO. , We are [ineligible] miles apart now, don't [ineligible] see him very much, [ineligible] come down this week, [inelligible] come later on.
Forty-six were "[ineligible]" their riffles this week [ineligible] was nearby and mined [ineligible] don't see how far it was [ineligible] as the devil. I don't see [ineligible] I get by with as much as I do

[ineligible] outfit is leaving Tuesday, [ineligible] going to P.OE. wish I [ineligible] with them. They are a [ineligible] bunch of kids.
Maggie sent me a large picture, it sure is good, just like her.
We have a good bunch of N.C.O. they don't care whether you work or not. They had rather sit around and talk, as long as the caption isn't around. I really enjoy being [ineligible]
[ineligible] did get a lot of mail [ineligible] seven letters and a picture. [ineligible] Well, I had better sign off. [ineligible] you can. Tell all hello.
