Dear Mother, Dad + all:
Hello, I hope all of you are fine and the world is treating you swell. It won't be long until you are busy gathering in your crops. I hope you make lots and can get help to gather it. I imagine Bob has a taste of what the Army is like by now. It won't hurt him, but I do him good and it won't be as hard from now on out. I hope he will make it O.K. I'll really be glad when it is all over and all of us can come home. I can't wait to come home to my wife and (ineligible). Tell Dick I received all of the (ineligible) today, I enjoyed reading it out (ineligible) a boy in the next room from (Grandbig?) I hope all of the (ineligible).
Love to all,
Bill
