Dear Mother, Dad, + all
Hello and how are all of you. I hope that all are fine. Winter will soon be over and I will be glad too. I received your letter the other day, day before yesterday I believe. Yes, I am completely over the flu. I received the [intelligible, crease] aunt May sent me, but had written her a day or two before and [ineligible] hear waiting to hear from her. I can get all the cigarettes and tobacco I need here and I don't know of anything else that I want except to get home to Georgia and Bruce. I really get homesick for them and can't wait to get home to them. Yes, I know that Georgia had moved our furniture, she, [ineligible], and Dad [ineligible] are living in her brother's house. I am so glad that she has a house now and can fix it up just like she wants to and Bruce can really be the boy that he is and she said he is all boy too. I am so proud of my wife and you. You all will soon be starting another crop, wouldn't you? Is Luis working at the same place she was in Greenville? I hope her husband gets through O.K. and he will, there's no need for her to worry about him. I have a lot of friends in the pacific, things have been rather [hot?] down there lately. I hope all the [ineligible] from all over the world are home safe. Tell all hello and write every chance you get.
Love to all,
Bill -
