[Appears to be the last page of a multi-page letter.]
[….] Sunday evening. We went to Sunday School at P. G. [Pleasant Grove – ed.] this morning really we have a very flourishing school the old as well as the young seem interested I saw Pa & Belton Mother was not out they said they were as well as usual
Mother requests me to say to you that your letter was received and if you knew how glad she was you would not wait so long again. She said she has been dreaming about you, and thinks more about you probably than you think, during her sickness, which lasted several days, she called me nothing but Margaret, and would say that child I know is sick. She wanted to send for you but Pa said unless she was wourse he could not stop his plows, but now the farmers are pretty well through in your country, we will look for you you every week until we see you — I have told you so many stories about my visiting you that I will not make any more promises but I am shure if not Providentially hindered I will be at your house some time during the leasure season of the year. The seckond sunday in august we have a protracted meeting at Tabor the Preachers will be Mr. [Fleide?] & Stewart and on saturday there will be a sunday school celebration at Chicks Spring and the Thursday following there will be one also at Wood’s Chapel, cant you come up about that time, I will close for fear you cant read read what I have already written as Etta is all around me calling Ma Ma she is a great little gal I wish you was here this evening to chat awhile with us I often tell of you to Etta she can almost call your name.
Remember us to all. Your loving sister
