The photograph is in an old frame which could be original. It has been re-packed with modern matboard backing, covered with brown kraft paper. On the back of the brown paper is a white label with handwriting, which reads:
Dr. Theron Earle Cunningham Feb. 10, 1871 - Feb. 7, 1900 Buried in Mt. View Cemetery Greer, SC Sadly Dr. Cunningham's life was tragically cut short by his death from appendicitis.
