Dear Sir:
We would appreciate your sending in at once your proxy ratifying the action of your Board of Directors in authorizing a bond issue to cover our indebtedness, and to raise additional capital for the operation of the business.
In order to comply with the law, it is necessary that all of the stockholders vote upon this resolution. These proxies must all be checked and audited, which necessitates a great amount of clerical work.
Therefore, we would again request that you give this matter your immediate attention.
Yours very truly,
THE FISHERIES PRODUCTS COMPANY
