RE: Local Historic Designation, Corner Brushy Creek Road & Buncombe
Packet of information regarding the Bailey family application for local designation. Mrs. Bailey applied for the local designation in November of 1995. It was reviewed and approved by the Board of Architectural Review. In May 1996, City Council held the first reading on the matter but determined applications should go through the Planning Commission for a public hearing. According to the letter, Mrs. Bailey was to contact the attorney as to whether or not she wants the application to go before the Planning Commission. The hearing was on April 20, 1998.
