OUR CASH TERMS
To persons who desire to buy for each we make the usual trade discount of eight per cent. We have another proposition for cash buyers that is unique and thoroughly characteristic of our house. It applies to Diamond purchases only, and is nothing less than a written agreement to refund all that you pay for a Diamond, less ten per cent, at any time within one year. You might, for instance, pay $50.00 for a Diamond and wear it for a year; then you could return it to us and get $45.00, thus making the cost of wearing a beautiful Diamond ring or stud for a whole year less than ten cents per week. Smaller houses do not follow us in this offer for obvious reasons - they can not do business on a ten per cent margin of profit.
