Dear Sir:-
Yours of the 10th inst addressed to the Mayor, Mr.
T. E. Smith has been handed to me, with reference to agreement
covering Pipe line crossing in the City of Greer.
In reply will say that on account of bad weather. We failed
to have a Council meeting at our last meeting is the reason
that the matter has not been attended too.
The Mayor instructs Me to say to you that the matter shall
have our attention at an early date. We are sorry that this
matter has been delayed.
I have tried to get this matter adjusted but failed for the
reasons mentioned above.
