Biographical Text: Growing up on a Cherokee County Farm,
D.C. Price knew alot about farmers' needs. After Clemenson University and the Korean War, he bought a
Greer feed store in 1955.
His wife Velmah taught school for 34 years and then joined him in the store. D. C. died in 1998 and Velmah operated Price's Feed and Seed until 2005.
