Jan 24 1918.
Dear cousin Alice
We Recieved [sic] your letter to day was glad to hear from you was sorrow to hear aunt Sis is as so Sick.
Mama Fell and Broke her arm the other day.
She said to tell you to write by Return Mail how she is and she would come and to write her what day some one would meet her and she would meet them at Greer.
She said to tell you that she could not do any thing but nurs [sic] her arm I told her that she could stay with aun Sis.
aunt [sic] Bet is anfel Fefal she cant [sic] get about much she Look Bad she has weak spells she Fell the other day.
Papa is not doing much good his feet Still Swels [sic] and He says he Feels num [sic]. He will work though.
there [sic] is no news so I will close writ soon.
give [sic] my Love to all -
