Dear Mr. Bailey:
Yours of the 19th enclosing dividend check of $13.50 on my 10 shares of Greer Bank & Trust Co. stock was an unexpected Santa Claus. I infer from the last line of your letter that additional dividends may be expected. This is also good news.
Sometime when you have a breathing spell, I would be interested in hearing from you as to the extent of additional dividends and if you miss the mark we will still be friends.
I often think of you and my other friends in Greer. Lots of water has gone over the dam in recent years and I hope that it will be a long time before we have another shock, although the country is riding at a pretty rapid gait.
