P E A C H QUEEN
AND
THE SOUTH CAROLINA PEACH FESTIVAL ASSOCIATION
It is hereby agreed by and between [blank space] and the South Carolina Peach Festival Association that if I, [blank space], win the title of South Carolina Peach Queen for 1959 I will make up to as many as 7 appearances as the "Peach Queen" during the year 1959 & 1960 at the discretion of said South Carolina Peach Festival Association, Greer, S. C.
It is agreed that should I, as the South Carolina Peach Festival Queen, desire to enter any other beauty pageant, with the exception of the Miss South Carolina Contest, the South Carolina Peach Festival Association will be notified of my intentions prior to my entering such a contest as a contestant for their approval.
It is further agreed that all my expenses incurred by said appearances will be paid by the South Carolina Peach Festival Association. In as much as the Association does not send their Queen to any Festival that does not provide official chaperones, The South Carolina Peach Festival Association will not furnish funds for accompanying chaperones.
