Dear Sir:
We are now making plans for our Third Annual S. C. Peach Festival to be held June 10-13. In this regard we would like to make reservations for the Senior High School Auditorium for Thursday and Friday nights, June 11 and 12 for our Beauty Pageant.
We have consulted with Mr. Frick as to scheduled events and he informed us there was nothing on schedule for these dates.
We shall appreciate the use of the school facilities for our Pageant, and as you are possibly aware, the Festival is a civic project and no commercial profit is made for anyone. Our citizens donate the money for the necessary expense solely for the community at large.
