Curatorial Information: This was accessioned at least twice, originally under 01.21.1 by CH and later under 07.46.1 by JH. The original number does not appear on the painting, so it's likely that Joada simply didn't know it was already accessioned. Strangely, the painting was marked on the back but only with accession number "05.47.1" — and the frame had the same number in two locations; that is a completely different item, and I can't find any indication of why this artwork would carry that label. I am combining the two accurate accession numbers under the original, and deaccessioning the second number as a separate item. —DL
