Foundations Sunday School Class

Class Officers:
The following class officers, along with a description of their duties, will be elected for a term of two years.

President:
Represent the class at the quarterly Adult Council Meetings or arrange for a designate when unable to attend.
Organize and delegate duties for all class projects.

Vice-President:
Recruit teachers, and substitutes when necessary, as well as sending a reminder to the next month’s teacher one week prior to their start date.
Insure* there is adequate material for the class and teacher.

Secretary:
Maintain a current roll book, take roll each week, and send concerns to those whose attendance changes appreciably.
Send cards and material to shut-ins.

Treasurer:
Collect offering each week.
Coordinate teams that prepare meals for families with newborn babies, illnesses, etc., or send flowers to the families.
Manage class finances.

Miscellaneous:
There will be at least one social gathering per quarter.
The last Sunday of the even numbered months will be reserved for class business and project planning.
