Ms. Diane Burns
Tryon Street Elementary School
108 Tryon Street
Greer, SC
Dear Ms. Burns:
My congratulations to you and your class on playing the leadership role in the school piano campaign. Your students set a wonderful example for other classes by being the first to raise money for the piano for the Peace Center for the Performing Arts.
We know this experience of leadership and service will be qualities this group will proudly carry with the forever. The Center will open in 1990 and we hope to have programs for school children soon after that.
Thanks again to you and your class for their example of outstanding leadership
Sincerely,
(handwritten) Fred C Walker
