Inside, thick clear plastic in front of blue paper, reads "VICTOR PLANT" with large number 1824. Superimposed, small photograph of an unidentified young black man. Surrounding the opening reads "VICTOR MONAGHAN COMPANY". Badge is sealed with a small rivet, marked "VM" on the face. Obverse, pin back. Silver paint, more than 50% rusted. Incorrect accession number marked on back.
